We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team!
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who loves to lead others to get things done. You understand vision and strategy and get energized by finding the talent to make marketing work. You like overseeing multiple projects and are comfortable working through people to get everything done. You lead, project-manage, and empower. You are ok holding others accountable to get things done on time, on budget, and with quality in mind. You enjoy building a project management timeline just as much as brainstorming new ideas.
About the Role - We need you to:
Grow the Wealth Without Wall Street brand and drive new business through marketing leadership and execution. The following are key components of doing that.
Brand Management
- Ensure the look and feel of the brand is maintained across all mediums - website, social media, videos, podcast templates, etc.
- Lead the team internally and externally to ensure the brand maintains it’s consistency.
Provide Leadership for Video Production
- As major videos are needed (for the main website, to promote the community, etc.), you will run point on making sure they are high quality, on-brand, and on budget.
Paid Ads Strategy Management
- Help provide a strategy for all paid ads.
- Find and manage either in-house or contracted hires to fulfill the plan of action.
- Have a clear understanding of the numbers related to paid ads and their ROI.
Plan and Oversee the Execution of our Organic Social Media Strategy
- Help us design and lead others to execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, etc.
- We will need a content release schedule and the execution of that schedule.
Proactively Manage Podcast Production
- Manage the podcast schedule - get guests scheduled and work with our producer to get podcasts launched weekly.
- Get Joey and Russ on other podcasts. Connect with other podcasts and spread our message by getting us on other podcasts.
Wealth Without Wall Street Community App Leadership
- Coordinate community guest Q&A’s weekly
- Manage the community guest schedule.
- Think creatively to help market the community more strategically.
- Plan management
- Course management
- Community moderation (pointing people in the right direction)
- Affiliate marketing
Oversee Digital Content Creation
- Lead others to create header graphics, video processing for the podcast on Youtube, and within the Wealth Without Wall Street online community.
Website Management
- Oversee new landing pages, any content adjustments, etc. needed for the website
Own Project Management Software - Monday.com
- Build out project management boards and dashboards
- Onboard independent contractors and our staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Be a master of delegation and accountability
- Strong project management skills - like really strong!
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
