He and his wife, Leigh Anne, are raising two joy-filled boys and a sweet daughter, and they view IBC as a way to create both financial security and margin for the moments that matter most. Outside of coaching, Colton has built success in the world of land flipping, proving that creative strategies can open doors to opportunities beyond Wall Street. As a Wealth Without Wall Street Coach, Chad is passionate about helping others create the passive income they've always wanted with a proven strategy. Chad is a second-generation IBC coach who has been practicing banking for over 15 years. Chad has firsthand experience with leveraging his policy through various passive income opportunities such as building crypto mining rigs, selling land, flipping houses, and most recently has built a thriving modern vending business that has allowed him to spend more time with his family. His success has empowered him to educate others to reach the same financial freedom. Chad enjoys quality time with his family and exploring the outdoors. Chad and his wife live in Las Vegas, Nevada, raising their two energetic boys.

Strategic Financial Coach Ernie Brown joined Wealth Without Wall Street in 2016 after studying Management and Marketing at Berry College. A patient listener, a thorough teacher, and a creative strategizer, Ernie is energized to see people take action to achieve goals they set for themselves at Wealth Without Wall Street. Ernie would call himself consistent, a collaborator, and a learner. He wants to be remembered as someone who learned, grew, and developed for a lifetime and spent a full life passing down and equipping others to impact multiple generations. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find Ernie and his wife at Briarwood church worshipping the Lord and investing time in the college community. When he’s not working, Ernie is usually passionately recruiting his friends to join last minute, spontaneous activities that he and his wife dream up.

JD Hill is a Financial Coach lending 12 years of professional experience to Wealth Without Wall Street. He hopes that people remember the honesty, integrity, and respect with which he treats everyone around him. JD strives to take personal responsibility and commit to high expectations. He cares deeply for and values his relationships both in and out of the office. If work were to vanish suddenly, and he could be anywhere else, JD would be on an adventure somewhere with his family. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find JD sitting at his kitchen table with his wife sipping coffee, bible open, trying to study and wrangle the kids running around him. Passionate, full of conviction, and “all-in” are three apt descriptors of JD. Before he dies, his greatest goal is to raise up Godly kids who love and respect their parents. When he isn’t focused on Wealth Without Wall Street, JD enjoys learning from the Just Thinking podcast and Grace To You sermons. JD’s personal motto sums up his value to the company beautifully: “Try your best, don't quit, and have a great attitude!”

In 1999 Mark started his career as a professional pilot. Forthe next two decades he logged thousands of hours as a commercial airline pilotand instructor, carrying hundreds of thousands of passengers safely to theirdestinations. Flying in and out of some of the busiest airports in the worldMark was keenly aware of his surroundings. During the 2008 financial crisisMark lost his job, his pension, retirement and had to move overseas.

Having already started the journey towards financial freedomMark saw the system was broken and that he needed to set a new course. Turninghis focus to education and learning about more passive income streams and waysto maximize his efforts he had a chance meeting with Russ Morgan.

In that conversation the education truly began on adifferent way to solve the day’s problems. Just a few years later, in 2021, herealized his dream of financial freedom, regaining control of his time and theability to purse his passions.
