Client Specialist Wins and Swings
The Big Win: Proactively lead the application process for clients starting their Infinite Banking journey. Move applications with speed and precision to funding with clear communication with clients, insurers, and coaches.
How This Role Impacts the Company: If deals don't get funded, we don't exist as an organization. If we can process them more quickly, the company is more successful and our clients are on their way to Financial Freedom.
Client Specialist Major Swings:
Follow the application process with strong attention to detail.
Ensure we have proper licensing established in each state we are engaging in business.
Strengthen the relationship with the client through Raving Fan engagement.
Clearly understand and be able to communicate where the client is in the process to client or coach.
Proactively push the application process forward with the goals of speed and clear communication daily.
Think like an owner - Consider how you can make the process better and more efficient on a weekly basis.
Know the numbers and update reporting accordingly for those in the application process

Be a Learner! Learn about different aspects of the business so you can step in where needed.
A big part of this is learning and using our systems - Monday.com, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, Hubspot, etc.
